On Saturday (19 May) and Sunday (20 May), the national championships for children D, C and B and for seniors and students will take place in Velenje. You can find the competition rules on our website.
The foil and sabre events will be held on Saturday; on Sunday it's épée, and our fencers will compete.
The 2017 national championships were very successful for Ljubljana Fencing Club: 20 of our fencers competed and we brought home as many as 13 medals from Maribor!
In 2016, 22 of our fencers competed and 10 of them won a medal.
Fingers crossed for our fencers next weekend!
