Last week, exams for international referees were held in Bratislava under the auspices of the International Fencing Federation (FIE). Our member Simona Tobias passed the exam. Still an active fencer herself, she has thus become the first woman FIE referee in Slovenia.
Apart from her, only two other Slovenians hold an international referee licence – one of them is our coach Jure Jeza.
